Crissy Pyfer is an Integrative Health Practitioner dedicated to helping women navigate the often confusing and overwhelming journey of midlife, perimenopause, and menopause.
As the host of the Suburban Warrior podcast, Crissy is a fierce advocate for women’s health, using her platform to empower, educate, and inspire.
With a background in nursing, the pharmaceutical industry, and integrative nutrition, Crissy combines medical knowledge with a holistic approach to wellness.
After suffering through her own health and menopause journey for ten years, she made it her mission to ensure that no woman needlessly endures the same struggles. She believes that solutions exist, and that our health is the most valuable resource in our lives.
Crissy helps women take control of their well-being by providing guidance on healing naturally, integrating science-backed therapies, and making informed choices about their health.
